Beginning a new series in Esther, Pastor Ben Mandrell looks to the example of King Ahasuerus (Xerxes) as a warning about foolish behavior. The king was full of pride, influenced by substances, and surrounded by people who only wanted to agree with him. In our lives, we need to seek out the wisdom of others, pursue humility, and be only consumed by the Holy Spirit. #BellevueBaptistChurch #BellevueMemphis #BenMandrell
